Agios Ioannis Theologos (St.John the Theologian), which the locals honor with a festival on the 29th of August. With its beautiful creeks and rocky coves it is ideal for hours of sunbathing and also suitable for windsurfing especially if you’re a beginner. The dirt road (about 5km) which you have to cross is a minor drawback but once you do then you have the opportunity to enjoy fresh fish at the different taverns that suddenly pop up in front you. Access to the beach is via Kefalos either by bus that runs on a daily basis quite frequently or by car, taxi or motorbike.
