Sesame Biscuits
4 eggs
1 ½ cup of milk
1 ½ cup of sugar
2 teaspoons baking ammonia
2 vanillas
Preparation:
Place the flour in a basin. Make a hole in the middle, heat the butter and pour it in. Let it cool down a bit and then work the dough with your hands. Pour the lukewarm milk, in which you have added the baking ammonia and the beaten eggs with the sugar and the vanillas. Make sure the dough is soft and all ingredients have blended together. Shape the dough as you wish then dip them in water and roll them on the sesame seeds until well coated. Bake in a medium heated oven for 20 minutes.
